Really enjoyed our stay. Great location. Beach was beautiful and very few roaming vendors, which is often a problem. Quiet atmosphere, very relaxed. Plenty of amenities. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Food and service is on point! Would stay here again.

We had an amazing trip! The rooms were so spacious and comfortable, we had a view of the ocean and jungle. The pools were both better than expected, I feel like this is the nicest W I’ve stayed at. Even the all ages pool was not too crowded and very relaxed. The food and drinks were very good. What really stood out was the service! Every employee we interacted with was extremely helpful and friendly. Everyone’s English was perfect and it was very easy to communicate. Kevin the bartender stood out - his drinks were amazing and he was so fun to talk to. Overall a great stay with zero complaints!

Wife and I came here for our vacation (all inclusive upgrade) and we had a wonderful time here. We came during the rainy season but it honestly added to the allure of the resort. The beach is excellent and they'll bring you a lounge chair if none are available. The Hotel is gorgeous with plenty of chances to see the local wildlife. The place is smaller than expected and it could use another restaurant but the food here was good. The servers remember who you are as well as your preferences. Everyone speaks English so if you don't speak Spanish they'll work with you. One thing I didn't care for was the techno/electronica music they played. We're in Costa Rica, play some Reggaeton, Salsa, or Cumbia over whatever new age ethereal you found on Spotify. The Hotel was also expensive. Still unsure if the amount I paid was worth it. Overall I had a good time but if I did this trip again, not sure if I'd do it here given the price.
