My husband and I just got home from a wonderful 2 night stay at W Montreal. The only thing we liked better than our incredible room was the people who made our trip extra special. Valentina was welcoming and so very helpful to these 2 tourists from Texas. At the bar, Mike made us fantastic drinks and engaged us in great conversation. Definitely try his espresso martini and Santa Banana when you hit the bar for a night cap. It’s one of the best drinks I’ve ever had! We hope to return someday soon!
Amazing service at this boutique hotel walking distance to amenities. Modern style, hip party vibe with very cool vinyl Lounge and a cozy video game pod. Our shower wasn't working correctly and they moved us with an upgrade to a larger room with an ensuite bathroom with huge tub. My travel companion was very demanding and they politely brought her everything she asked for from water bottles to hair spray and body lotion. I was really shocked at how accommodating and pleasant the staff was. I'm grateful for the extra Mike they went. 🙏

From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly kind, professional, and accommodating. The level of service was top-tier — housekeeping and room service were always available and ensured our stay was smooth and comfortable at all times. A special shoutout goes to Mauricio, the W Insider, who truly went above and beyond. We randomly met him in the lobby where he struck up a friendly conversation — and from there, everything changed. Not only did he take time to understand our group’s vibe, but he also helped us get into a fully booked venue. Thanks to his amazing connections and expertise, we not only got in, but received exceptional VIP service that made the night one for the books. If you're planning a trip to Montreal, especially something special like a bachelor party, make sure you stay at W Montreal — and definitely connect with Mauricio.
