Absolutely incredible stay at Waldorf Astoria Riviera Maya! The staff was amazing—special thanks to Carolina and Angela for going above and beyond to make our visit unforgettable. The food was phenomenal, and every detail felt elevated and intentional. We did a site inspection for future weddings and events, and this property is a dream—luxurious, private, and perfect for destination celebrations. Every room has an ocean view and soaking tub! Highly recommend!

From the front desk to the doorman and housekeeping, every staff member provided exceptional service with genuine warmth and professionalism. Coming from the luxury industry in Las Vegas, I have high standards when it comes to hospitality — and this hotel exceeded them. The rooms are stunning, spotless, and equipped with smart features. The ocean view is absolutely breathtaking, and the property feels both private and safe, yet it’s just minutes from the airport. One of the highlights was the breakfast — it’s not your typical buffet. It’s a full, sit-down dining experience with incredible service that made each morning feel special. This is luxury done right. Highly recommended.

We had the most amazing stay at the Waldorf Astoria Cancun. We were a party of seven, and that included adults, a baby, and a dog. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly warm and welcoming. Every single person who worked there was genuinely kind and helpful. Jimena took such great care of us. She made sure everything ran smoothly and always checked in to see how we were doing. The level of service was truly impeccable. The beach was beautiful and peaceful. Everything at the hotel was spotless and well taken care of. The breakfast was really tasty, and the restaurants on site were all delicious. My favorite thing by the pool was the fresh coconut, which honestly was so refreshing and perfect in the sun. The concierge provided us with amazing recommendations for places outside the hotel. Every spot they sent us to was a hit. They also helped us plan a surprise birthday in one of the rooms. From the balloons to the cake, everything was taken care of. I have never experienced service like this anywhere else. We cannot wait to come back. Thank you to Jimena and the entire team for making this such a memorable trip.
