Wasa Resort Hotel Apartments & SPA

The room was very spacious and super clean. Small TV with mainly Estonian channels. En-suite was compact but functional. Staff members were welcoming and professional - went above and beyond to make the stay of our group very special.

We just had a fantastic stay at the Wasa Resort Pärnu, which has instantly become our new favorite hotel! Our room's interior was absolutely beautiful, complemented by large windows and a lovely balcony. The breakfast was impeccable, and we thoroughly enjoyed the new spa and the cosy garden. The only minor issue we encountered was the sun shining through the curtains early in the morning, making it hard to sleep in late. Despite this, it was a truly wonderful experience!

the location is excellent, and the breakfast is well taken care of. Negative: The spa is very small and overcrowded with children and babies, making it hard to truly relax. The hot tub does not feel hygienic because of this. The superior room was disappointing: the bathroom is very small, with mold in the joints and a shower head covered in limescale and mold, leaking and clearly in need of replacement. It’s a cheap standard model that does not match the level of luxury the hotel is trying to present. In addition, the air conditioning cannot be adjusted manually; the temperature was set too high, which made sleeping uncomfortable. Overall, the room does not deliver the sense of luxury that the hotel advertises.
