We have just finished our stay at the hotel, and I can honestly say only the best things about this resort and the wonderful people who work there. The hotel's location is excellent, the food is always varied and very tasty, and the infrastructure is well-maintained and full of various amenities. What I would especially like to highlight are the animation programs, both for children and adults. Everything is so well organized that you simply have no need to leave the resort at all, 24/7. A special thanks goes to the very kind and professional staff. I wholeheartedly recommend visiting this fantastic hotel, which in my opinion deserves a 10/10.

This is a very comfortable hotel. There are 4 beach bars and terraces next to the sea and the swimming pool. The food is various and delicious, but in the lot of the meals there are the tipical oriantal spices (don’t now exactly what, but not curry). But the food is good really. The sea coast covered by small gravels, and it is not so bad as many people wrote it. We were here with two kids (5 and 2 years old), there was nothing bad with the sea. The rooms are comfortable, the swimming pools are big enough, and the water is lukewarm in them. Maybe they could have more program for children, and Animator Team could be more active. But at all, it is a very good place for a holiday.

We stayed at this hotel for 6 nights with our family. Let me start with the positive aspects. The open buffet system was good; the food was both varied and generally tasty. While it’s not a luxurious culinary experience, it certainly wasn’t bad. The fact that alcohol was available 24/7 was also a nice touch. Special thanks to Mr. Barış at the lobby bar—he was attentive and presentable. The atmosphere at the terrace bar was also very pleasant, with a great view and ambiance. The sea was quite wavy, but there were enough sunbeds, so it may still be a good choice for those who enjoy this type of sea. However, the water gets deep very quickly. The pool area was always crowded. On the plus side, the water slides were fun—not just for kids, but also suitable for adults. Unfortunately, we experienced several serious issues. While foreign guests were not warned, we were addressed quite harshly and rudely by a staff member, Mr. Ufuk, apparently just because we were Turkish. This was extremely uncomfortable. Statements like “I know what I’m doing, don’t interfere!” were disrespectful and inappropriate. The hotel completely failed in terms of room cleanliness. Even though we turned on the “room cleaning” light, housekeeping staff entered the room multiple times without knocking. They turned off the light and left without cleaning—something we noticed because we were inside. In our room for three people, towels were consistently provided for only two. There were no hand or foot towels, and despite multiple requests, nothing changed. During our entire stay, our room was never properly cleaned. The so-called cleaning was superficial at best, and far from meeting basic hygiene standards expected in a holiday resort. Worse yet, we experienced multiple incidents of staff entering the room without knocking, completely disregarding our privacy. Additionally, the general attitude and appearance of the staff were far from what one would expect at a five-star hotel. From their attire to the way they addressed guests using terms like “bro” or “sis,” the overall professionalism was lacking. As long as the hotel continues with such low-quality staff, it will struggle to deliver the experience of a true five-star hotel. Lastly, the Wi-Fi was not free, which is a disappointing and unnecessary restriction for a hotel in this category. Overall, while there are some positive aspects, the hotel seriously needs improvement in hygiene, staff quality, and customer service. In its current state, it is unlikely to meet the expectations of guests looking for a true five-star experience.
