My 2nd visit, but this time with the kids. Accommodation was great. We were able to put the kids in the room next to us so that the corner section was us and the kids. This helped us feel comfortable. Sauna is great. Gym has a lot of machines. Rooms are great. Food selections are robust here for sure: Indian, Italian, Ethiopian etc…you can get it. I enjoyed the Indian food ;-) airport shuttle service is very convenient.
The frontline team—security, housekeeping, restaurant, and front-desk staff—were warm and professional, but that’s where the positives end. This feels like a 3-star property charging 5-star prices: during our week-long group stay we encountered broken toilets and doors, bugs in several rooms, and lackluster food. Most guests appeared to be airline transit passengers on discounted rates—we seemed to be the only regular guests.
Garbage!!! The staff keeps watching you every step you make. My flight was leaving at 10h and they insist to drop me at 07h20 in the airport, even though I had no baggage or check-in to make! So I waited more than 2 hours in the airport. The food was terrible, few options to eat. The Wi-Fi kept going down.
