The in-house restaurant offers a delightful culinary experience, and their private backwater rides truly elevate the stay. The service was attentive and warm throughout. The highlight, however, was the Presidential Suite — spacious, elegant, and simply extraordinary. Highly recommended for a refined and relaxing getaway.

Overall I loved the hotel for its antique style. It’s obviously old (170 years old) but you feel the vibe of the history. Downstairs rooms are more humid than upstairs rooms as we came for a visit during the monsoon season. I believe there is no issue during the dry season. The breakfast options are limited. Rooms are clean, with all the amenities. The stuff is helpful. And the location is prime as well Jew street is in a walkable distance. ♥️

Hi! I am writing this review because I have been unable to reach this hotel and I made a booking there online for the end of August. The phone number posted online doesn’t seem to work, and no one has replied to my email to the Bloom bookings account. This made me nervous that maybe the hotel isn’t even open, but I see there are recent reviews, so at least that is encouraging. It seems like you reply to the reviews, so if you can respond to this that would be amazing! I want to reach the hotel so I can ask for the general manager’s name and put it with the hotel address as a reference on my visa application. I know other people who have successfully used the hotel address and general manager’s name as a reference on their tourist visa application. Can you please tell me the general manager’s name? Also, is there a better phone number to use for this hotel than the one that is listed here? I would also like to book an airport shuttle. Thank you!
