Great value. Big nice rooms. Only they keep renovating till 12 midnight. Could not get any rest all day noise.
Its a clean hotel with nice rooms plus very good pool thats cleaned every morning and has filters so the water is not full of chlorine. Staff are friendly and professional. It should be noted that standard rooms dont have smart tvs. Wifi is good. There are 2 floors and 51 rooms with a function room. Restaurant is been renovated at the time we were there 07/2025. We paid approximately 3,350 pesos per night with breakfast included for 2 with standard room.(Buffet breakfast) There was no elevator so 2 flights of stairs if staying on 2 nd floor. That being said we enjoyed our stay here and would visit this place again.
The reviews here are apparently right and I thought we just have to manage our expectations but some things are just worth leaving a review for. 1. The hotel needs a thorough clean-up and disinfection. Our room has a lot of small cockroaches. I found one in the bathroom and I thought that's it but while we were sleeping the cockroaches crawled onto our sheets. 2. No soundproof. We literally were not able to sleep because there's a party or a bar outside the hotel and we can hear everything the bands play throughout the night. We were supposed to rest after a long travel but we ended up having migraines in the morning. 3. They love extra charges and hidden fees. I thought the reviews about extra charges are just exaggerated but, unfortunately, despite the price of the room you still have to pay for almost everything you use inside. Hence, they will require a 2K deposit. I used the dental kit and they charged me for it, it's almost funny. I should've brought a toothbrush that I can reuse for a long time. Also, upon check-in, I declared the number of people who will be staying and they offered us a specific room. When I came back to confirm our booking they added I will have to pay for extra mattress when I thought we can just use the room without requesting extra mattress. 4. The frontdesk is too dependent on their manager. Almost every single question I ask that are very common such as free breakfast, they have to confirm with the manager. That made me feel like they're scheming something. They need more training. 5. They use very old pillow sheets and towels you can literally see the rips. If they charge their guests for stains and such based on other reviews, they should be able to afford new sheets and towels. 6. I was not feeling well so I asked my husband to inform them about bringing my plated breakfast to our room but they refused. I had to call the frontdesk and restaurant to clarify about it- it's written in a laminated paper inside our room that they will bring the breakfast if we request to. They later on agreed to bring the meal to our room. I don't understand the unnecessary conversation on a matter they've declared allowable beforehand. 7. We were hoping we could chill in the restaurant or beside the pool but there's no clean table anywhere despite the staff passing by the tables no one thought of cleaning them. Overall, we were glad we only stayed 1 night. That was not restful at all. I think the management should do benchmarking or training specially to their head staffs so they will see the difference between them and the rest of the world. I must say, the paint and color choices of the hotel are good but that's it.
