Great hotel, very quite so you can really relax and enjoy things like reading a book, watching something or taking a drink in the balcony. It is literally 1 min to the beach so you can enjoy the beach without having to carry a lot of things. System is good, we didn't have any problems checking in or out. Also, lovely decoration. They don't have many services but you are in the center, you can get anything you want with less than 5 mind walk. It is clean too. We loved it :)
I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. The location is fantastic and provides excellent value for money. While some guests have complained about the absence of reception staff, I personally did not find this to be a major issue. However, I do note that the rooms facing the other building may not suit those who prefer unobstructed views or value privacy. Regardless, I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable stay in the area.
Stayed here for 2 days in July weeks 2025. Great location, one block away from the top end of Las Canteras beaches. Easy to find, although reception hours are limited to the morning through to early afternoon and the out of hours number is for emergencies only. I stayed in the top floor penthouse terrace which has a studio room with king size bed and a recliner sofa. The kitchen has a dishwasher, cooker with oven, and microwave. There is no washing machine. Large fridge/freezer, coffee maker (capsules not cafetiere), kettle and toaster. Very little cutlery though - just 2 spoons and forks - and only a very small frying pan. There is a small table and 2 chairs but not big enough to work from as a desk. The bathroom has shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and moisturiser. The air conditioner is good quality and shutters on all windows for a dark nighttime. WiFi is good, although drops out occasionally. Outside, there are two roof terraces which afford good views across the reef on the south side, and the hills on the north side. There is an outside table and loungers, as well as a jacuzzi (which I didn't use). There are no cushions for the loungers though. There are outside showers and a toilet but I didn't use these. There is also a lounge room to chill out in on the top floor which you access via a spiral staircase... although the WiFi does not reach this far so unable to work from here. Overall, quite expensive for a one bedroom studio - but the location and roof terraces increase the price.
