Stayed at welcome hotel by itc for a night and had a pleasant experience. The room was comfortable, service was courteous, and the breakfast spread was truly lavish – a great way to start the day. The food overall was good, as expected from the ITC. A thoughtful touch at checkout was a gift of basil seeds – simple yet meaningful. Also loved the lush green ambience, especially the beautiful curtain creeper vines cascading along the facade – adds so much character. Would love to return for a longer stay.

It was my first stay in ITC hotels and it was a pleasant stay 😍 Loved the room the view from the room the ambience , food(complimentary breakfast) was good but not wow. Overall the experience was really nice. Only regret is, couldn't use the pool as it was closed due to rains. It was really sweet on their part to provide a complimentary cake on the eve of our anniversary and the cake was damn damn good... Thank you Welcom by ITC for your kind & sweet gesture 😍🥰

Every team member I encountered —from the front desk to housekeeping and restaurant staff went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and well taken care of. They were always smiling, eager to help, and quick to respond to any request.
