Wellcomm Spa & Hotel

Location is everything! walking distance from Provenza, lots of different options for food and drinks in the area as well and the Santa Fe mall is not too far either. The hotel is very nice and clean, the staff is very helpful and nice all the time. The spa is also very nice, the breakfast included is really good and their pizza rooftop is beautiful and delicious. I absolutely loved my stay and can't wait to come back.

Amazing experience to say the least! We were able to check in an hour early after our flight from San Andres, which was much appreciated after a few delays. The area hotel was located in between beautiful shops, bars, and restaurants. We were greeted at the door with great hospitality. We were able to book a massage and thermal bath experience last minute that brought us back to life after our flight.(Unfortunately forgot to get the names of the masseuse’s) but they were incredible. The rooftop terrace and restaurant were beautiful as well!

I stayed here from July 16th-July 23, 2025. What an amazing place! First of all, the staff here are very friendly and helpful. The restaurants are amazing. The free breakfast is the best free breakfast I ever had. Usually, when hotels offer free breakfast, it is usually some type of continental breakfast or some eggs and some toast. Not in this case. You order directly off the menu. Food was very good. Let's talk about why this hotel can easily be considered 4 stars. The rooms are nice and accommodating but the spa treatment you can get here is the most incredible experience you can get! The Spa offers couples Package about $275 US Dollars or half of that if you are like me traveling by myself. For this price, you get everything! Massage, Spa Experience, Facial, and Body Scrub! Do yourself a favor, do not leave Medellin without getting this experience. You feel so relaxed and vitalized. I can not say enough about this. Katerina was incredible. Book it early when you get there because they fill up quick. A must do when you visit here!
