We stayed 4 nights and we had half-board. Breakfast was very good, but dinners were outstanding. Plating , serving and atmosphere were exceptional and, in some days, also during dinner we had live piano music. Massage, jacuzzi and spa were very nice. From ski bus station to Biela Put are about 20-25minutes with this ski bus which is free of charge and has a schedule (go to slopes and return). The advantage is that is not very crowded at this bus station. From hotel to ski bus station is a 5min walk. Overall , it was a nice and relaxing holiday and choosing this hotel was the best decision.

The hotel is nice at first glance, however there is definitely room for improvement. During my stay I had a room close to the main road, no sound insulation. Due to no aircon I had to open the window during the night, so I couldnt sleep well. The room had almost no WiFi signal or very weak unusable. The parking is good and convinient. I would rate service as very good, however in the morning there were people speaking in front of my room at 7AM, which was very weird and disturbing, not sure if they were other guests or personnel. Checkin process was fast.
