I have just spent a week in this charming hotel and found it delightful. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was very good. The hotel was spotlessly clean everywhere. It is right in centre so walking distance to shops and park, and still nice and quiet. Couldn't fault it.
We have only been to the restaurant not at the rest of the hotel. Once for lunch and once in the evening. And after trying out most of the restaurants in the city itself, we will conclude that this is one of the absolute best. Very good service, nice food, and clean toilets.
Food acceptable after waiting more then 1 hour - service and waiters catastrophic. I am travelling 200 days all around the world, but never met people like this. Truly unprofessional and unfriendly!
