Wellness & Spa hotel Villa Regenhart

Amazing surprise! The service was very understanding with us sepaking Polish and tried their best to speak to us so we can understand Czech. The room 104 was good. A lot of space and very comfortable bed. The restaurant offers a good meat meals and amazing "Kulajda" (the vege pasta was very "plane" though). The green surrounding is very tidy and makes the eye happy. The wellness part is very important and great! Three types of saunas and the treatments made us very relaxed. I will recommend for sure !

Big clean room with good view but very warm (no a/c or fan so had to sleep with window open and noise from town). Skylight blind didn't keep out the light. Staff were mostly friendly, especially Kate the receptionist who was fantastic and looked after us well.

It was not too bad, but a lot of work is needed here. I've got a bit scared after reading about the bad kitchen performance in another review. It was definitely not as bad. The breakfast was a nice surprise, bcs I did not expect anything. For example on the first day there were lovely and fresh little croissants, eggs - were cold but I did not expect any. On the next day we did not know what to eat, we were missing vegetables and good eggs- this time watery & weird scrumbled eggs😒 other food we got was warm& good enough but nothing special, only presented well but I have doubts about the production and ingredients. Other than food the staff was kind of weird, mostly did not speak a word of english and looked sad. The room was not really clean - not bad but we already experienced better. The cleaning during the stay was only done by making the bad, the rest we did not see any difference and got only one towel changed. Beds were too soft. The worst was probably the wellness. Our procedures were planned in advance and did not fit our schedule. Thumbs up for the massage lady, who stayed longer so that at least my husband could go. Thank you. It was shorter though and not flexible and mine never happened. Also no chance for any kind of compensation. I thing this could have been organised better. As It is at the moment, I would not go again or suggest it to my friends or so neither.💁
