White Oaks Resort & Spa

I had an amazing stay at White Oaks Hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The lobby is beautiful, the rooms are spotless and spacious, and the beds are incredibly comfortable. I was especially impressed with the attention to detail—everything felt fresh and well cared for. The on-site amenities are fantastic: the gym is one of the best I’ve ever seen in a hotel, the spa is top-notch, and the restaurants serve delicious food with great service. The location is perfect—close to wineries, shopping, and downtown Niagara-on-the-Lake. This hotel truly delivers a luxury experience without being pretentious. I can’t wait to come back! Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area.

I recently spent a weekend at White Oaks Conference Resort & Spa and left thoroughly impressed. From the moment I arrived, the staff went out of their way to make my stay welcoming and effortless — friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful at every touchpoint. The property itself is beautiful and peaceful. Grounds are well maintained, and the hotel blends modern comfort with a serene, upscale atmosphere. My room was spacious, immaculately clean, and tastefully appointed with comfortable bedding, thoughtful amenities, and a quiet layout that made it easy to unwind. The spa is a standout — professionally run, relaxing, and indulgent. I enjoyed a treatment that was both restorative and expertly delivered; the facilities (steam room, relaxation areas, pools) are top-notch and maintained to high standards. The fitness and pool areas are also well equipped if you want to keep active. Dining at White Oaks was excellent. The on-site restaurant served delicious, thoughtfully prepared dishes with attentive service and a pleasant ambiance. Breakfast offered a great variety of hot and fresh options to start the day right. White Oaks is also an ideal venue for conferences and events — meeting rooms are modern, well appointed, and the catering and event staff are clearly experienced, making planning and execution smooth. Minor note: because the resort is so popular, weekends can feel busy in public areas, so booking spa treatments or dining reservations in advance is a good idea.

We had a Girls Trip to White Oaks and it was lovely. We each had the use of a comfy terry robe, and the pillows were very comfortable. The main floor of the hotel is filled with beautiful fresh flowers and gorgeous statues! Stunning! The stay is fairly pricy, but because there were three of us, it wasn't so bad, however, it was worth it! We enjoyed the pool and hot-tub, which was very nice. The restaurant Play was delicious! Amazing menu and great service! The concierge and shuttle driver were very helpful and accommodating, and every worker that we met in the halls were so friendly! The location is right off the highway, about 20 minutes from Niagara-on-the-Lake. I would definitely like to come back to try the Spa services! The grounds around the hotel are absolutely gorgeous! Flowers, ponds, waterfalls, seating, gazebos, and a great walking path. They really make the whole experience beautiful and special!
