White Sand Samui Resort

We realised after booking that the hotel was under some renovation in some parts of the hotel but were assured that it was not going to affect our pool access room and the smaller pool which was true regarding the noise but there were builders renovating other pool access rooms rightly opposite us on some days which could be unpleasant for others but we enjoyed swimming in the main pool looking out to the sea much more. We stayed 2 weeks and noticed not enough sun loungers on the beach and the hotel ordered new ones in towards the end of our stay. Staff are friendly and courteous. They are doing their best to keep everyone happy whilst under renovation. Hope it looks much nicer as a whole in high season. We love our spacious room and bathroom. Special thanks to the house keeping team.

Good location but the hotel have poor service and not well maintained. We had no wifi in the room which cause us problems to work and to Manage things, after asking the team I got poor answer and the problem was not fixed. The room had lack of maintenance, the toilet with no water pipe as should be and the wifi was a big problem. The overall hotel seems to have lack of maintenance and for the price we paid we supposed to get a better service and value for money. The location is great, if you go right or left on the beach there are nice places. The gym was closed(not available at all) , the restaurant not really professional as expected from hotel.

tragic hotel, I've never been to a worse 4*. In theory it looks good, we had a two-level apartment with a sea view and our own pool. Unfortunately, the most important (but not the only) problems: the air conditioning didn't work on the ground floor, which made it unusable. The pool had strangely green water. There is no cold water in the shower, you have to wash in boiling water. The hotel is located far from everything. They supposedly deliver to the center but only 3 times a day. Even the kettle didn't work here! Everything is old, damaged and not working. The staff doesn't help much. I strongly advise against it
