We had an amazing stay at Artus Resort in Karpacz! It’s a perfect spot for families—so many activities for kids and adults alike, from the pools and play areas to the wellness facilities. Everything was very clean and well-maintained. The food and drinks were excellent with a lot of variety and fresh options. What really made the stay stand out was the staff—so friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our visit. We left feeling completely relaxed and already want to come back. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the Karpacz area!

Great hotel for a conference. Breakfast was especially good with many choices. Had two sets of bath houses with saunas, pool and jacuzzi.

Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay. The hotel was clean, the staff were kind, and we enjoyed the facilities. However, we had an unpleasant experience during dinner. My husband and I went to dinner at 5 PM, and of course, our young daughter came with us, as she cannot stay alone in the room. At that time, she wasn’t hungry yet, so we left for about an hour to play in the kids’ area. We came back later, planning to feed her at her usual dinner time. We gave our room number to the waitress as usual, but another waitress suddenly came over and told us quite abruptly that she had already seen us at dinner and we had to leave. As a result, our daughter couldn’t eat and we had to drive into town to get her food. It was really upsetting and felt very unkind – especially considering we have a small child. We’ve never experienced anything like this at a hotel before.
