We had a great stay at royal cocoon. The hotel is in a great location and the service is amazing. Really felt at home the moment we arrived. Thank you team! One downside which accounts for most places in town: As the building is quite old the only downside is the walls aren’t as thick as modern buildings.
We recently booked the entire Royal Cocoon in Nuwara Eliya – all seven rooms – for our big family, and it was an unforgettable stay. Chathu, the manager, was exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and well looked after. A couple of minor issues came up during our stay, but they were handled promptly and professionally, which made a big difference to our experience. The property itself is charming and spacious, perfect for a large group, but what truly stood out was the warm hospitality we received. I would highly recommend Royal Cocoon to anyone – first for the outstanding service from Chathu, and secondly for the lovely setting. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would happily return.
The resort is an old bungalow, the room are big and spacious Especially the chef Rihan, wonderful person and professional chef. Thanks chef for the tasty dinner and breakfast. Its our pleasure to meet you.
