Windsor Hotel City Center

I found it by chance on Booking and thought, why not give it a try? The way they spoke on the phone was calm and pleasant. When I arrived, the reception was more than friendly, and the price was reasonable. The room was nice, overlooking the main street, and very clean. The breakfast was included, and I think the chef was quite skilled – it felt like homemade food. I really loved the harira! 😅 It was a wonderful experience, and I will definitely come back Thank you, WINDSOR HÔTEL

A walking distance from the old city and the centre of the city which gives it a good point in location. The hotel is a run-down very old and as per my observation it's so unpleasant. The hotel has this scary elevator with a swing door and bang when it stops. The rooms are equipped with a split AC which blows air directly at you making it unhealthy. You can tell the reception if you need a taxi to the airport as there is no shuttle service from the hotel itself.

Don’t go there. You will not get what you paid for. The rooms are not nice. There is a lot of noise from everywhere. They promise a solid room but you get really bad one. Stuff are disrespectful and will not help with anything. Especially a girl working at reception she is ignorant, she doesn’t speak any foreign language or just pretend she doesn’t so she doesn’t need to help you. The view is on a dirty back yard full of trash. Even they sell room with a view. The mini bar is old dirty refrigerator. Bathroom is basically just a pipe. Lucky for me in the morning was even hot water. They are racist. They respect just people from Morocco
