Ok, so it doesn’t look like much, but… The Woodstock IPA is fantastic, the food is great and you don’t have to worry about going anywhere afterwards because it’s free to stay with the camper in the parking behind the hotel. If you’re looking for a nice pub vibe it’s there as well. This is the kind of place that you remember and recommend your friends to go to when on the road. 👏🙏 The road to Ross is just outside the front, and that’s where you find the next awesome pub so don’t worry about going out on the highway!

Awful food -- the worst meal of my entire trip to NZ. Steak was obviously not fresh, slimy and cooked incorrectly, seafood was fishy and disgusting (so bad it was inedible), and vegetables were undercooked.
