Delicious dinner in a wonderful hotel nearby the airport. Anil, the bartender is a very nice guy, very supportive and polite! Even the hotel boss is very supportive. He helped me with the WLAN connection that was very poor. After his support the connection is super fast! My room is very nice and comfortable! All employees I had contact to are super! Full points!
As many customers, we were stranded here by a Pegasus failed correspondence. The hotel was a good surprise, with totally acceptable rooms, plus excellent service in the restaurant. My wife and a friend of hers used the massage salon , held by a competent Balinese lady, they were satisfied!
Pretty good hotel. Rooms are clean. Not sure about pricing because my airline paid for it. The management really needs to improve in providing better customer service in English. Especially because the hotel serves primarily tourists from the airport.
