I had a wonderful experience at WorldHotel Casati 18. A special mention goes to Emilia at the reception, who truly made my stay memorable. She was incredibly kind, professional, and went out of her way to guide me through the best places to visit in Milan and even in Rome. Her local knowledge and genuine care helped me plan my days efficiently. She spoke clearly, answered all my questions with patience, and made me feel very welcome. It's rare to find such hospitality, and she is a real asset to the hotel. The overall atmosphere was peaceful, the staff were friendly, and everything was well-organized. Highly satisfied with the service! All the other staff members were also kind, professional, and always ready to assist. Highly satisfied with my stay!

Special thanks to Jubair Ahmed from the kitchen for being so kind and patient and helping us with as many vegan varieties as possible, including delicious vegan croissants. Would love to mention Rihanna for her helpful, infectiously smiling and happy nature. You definitely made the best coffee for us every single morning. Great job guys. Lovely hotel and even lovelier people. Attention to details was impeccable. Great great stay!!

Between central station (but far enough not to be shabby) and city centre. Nice area that had a lot of services and didn’t feel too touristic. The public areas were nicely decorated. The receptionist talked Italian to us but we more or less understood what he said. 😅 The room was pretty small but ok. The breakfast usual. The restaurant and bar looked nice but didn’t have time to visit them.
