Wuhan Marriott Hotel Wuchang

I've now stayed at this property twice in the last 6 months. And I highly recommend it for service, value for price and attention to guests who are Marriott Bonvoy loyalty members. Both times I received a complimentary room upgrade. And one of those was to the presidential suite (for 1 nt only). Their concierge can help schedule airport transfers via email prior to my arrival. The staff was helpful in searching for a power bank I thought I had left in the room. The rooms are nice and well apportioned. The breakfast at the hotel restaurant is extensive. And busy. As I've learned that sometimes locals, may come there for breakfast on the weekends without staying at the hotel. It will continue to be the location I stay during my future visits to Wuhan.

This is a fairly new hotel open only few months ago. The service has been amazing (big thank you to Andy at the reception !). We have booked this hotel few times and it has always been great. Some rooms still have small issues on the shower drain (due to being a new building) but the reception managed the issue very promptly. Breakfast has a lot of choices and is overall good

I’m shocked to come here seeing such a high review with a very disappointing experience. They claimed they only have 9 suites in the entire hotel and the regular rooms are tiny. The elevator is sooooo slow and the service is non existent. The one star is for the luggage boy who gave kind food advices
