This review is long overdue. My grandma & I visited this hotel earlier this year in March. Neither of us knew what to expect , but were blown away by the staff at this hotel. the restaurant managers and staff went above & beyond to make sure my grandma’s dietary restrictions were accommodated - she is vegetarian. It felt like everyone knew Molly. She felt so special. I cannot say thank you enough to making our stay short and but oh so sweet! Your staff truly deserve the very best.
Was there for 4 nights between 3rd to 7th August 2025. The hotel is very clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful especially Carlos in the dining area who went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and taken care of. Issues with the toilet. Pool bar closed too early at 7pm. Main bar at 10pm. The food was good but not much of a variety. It was almost the same everyday. Overall a pleasant experience. May visit again.
We bought day passes for our family's visit. One group of our family arrived first and specifically asked a staff member near the pool if small dogs were allowed. The employee said yes. Based on that confirmation, we arrived with our dog, only to be denied entry. We then went to the beach area to tell our family about the change in plans and say goodbye, which took about 10 minutes. Afterward, we asked for a refund for our passes but were denied. The staff claimed we had "used their part of the beach," and a person even recorded us on video as evidence. Very bad experience. I wanted to book this place in December for my parents. But we will obviously not be coming back.
