Exceptional service from the arrival team to the housekeeping team. Good welcoming staff and great cocktail service l, the staff was very friendly and polite…..I want to thank all the staff especially Lucy the general manager though she was amazing and very helpful I really recommend this hotel for everyone who’s planning to come to Barranquilla…….5 star
This hotel is the perfect location if you are going to the city for medical purposes. The hotel is walking distance to the most important clinics in town. It is also walking distance to many pharmacies, grocery stores, and shopping centers. The staff ABSOLUTELY friendly and helpful. The three doormen are always keeping an eye on you when you are coming and going to help you get in your car. The restaurant staff are very attentive to your needs. We had an especially good experience Nathaly, Keler (intern from SENA). The cleaning crew are also very caring and respectful. The breakfast buffet has a lot of variety of local and international foods.
Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. Despite the 3:00 PM check-in time, my room was still being cleaned after 5:00 PM. Additionally, the lobby remained overcrowded with non-guests, creating a disorganized and uncomfortable environment. Management needs to address these operational issues.
