i’ll keep my review simple: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (highly recommend this hotel). • the staff are absolutely amazing. They are so friendly and extremely helpful & professional. • the hotel is clean and organized (and it smells amazing). • to the General Manager & Youcef: thank you for being such amazing people. Your friendliness & professionalism spoke volumes. You both had brighten our exhausting morning of travels. It was refreshing to be greeted with such kindness and respect. 🙂

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a truly wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, I was met with warm hospitality and outstanding customer service — especially from Mae at the front desk. I cannot thank her enough for how welcoming, helpful, and attentive she was throughout my stay. Mae went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Whether it was helping with check-in, answering questions, or offering local recommendations, she handled everything with a smile and genuine care. Thank you, Mae, for making my stay so smooth and enjoyable! The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and in a great location, but what really stood out was the level of service — and Mae was a big part of that. Thank you again, Mae, for your incredible customer service. You truly made a difference, and I’m very grateful.

I was extremely SHOCKED when I arrived. $44 a day for parking and no valet blew my mind. The area was a bit sketchy. Run down and nasty. Was not what I expected. The rooms are decent and clean. The evening bartender Josh was AWESOME! I came on business. Coming back next week, but I will never come here again. One of the night shift people called at 1145pm!!! Just to make sure I "had a card on file"!!! I had already been there 2 days! It was all approved and checked, before I arrived and when I checked in! He woke me up and I had an early flight. When I politely asked why he would call so late, he said "Well I'm about to go home so I needed to check" sarcastically. That was RIDICULOUS and you just lost a companies business. Most of the other people were nice. It's loud at night because I was in a room in front of the loud ice machine. Just not my type of hotel.
