I had a wonderful experience there. All the staff were incredibly supportive and friendly, especially when I needed to borrow something like an umbrella on a rainy day or ask for directions to unfamiliar places. The buffet was also delicious, I highly recommend trying the sticky rice for breakfast. The facilities were great as well. There’s a children’s area where you can feel confident that your kids will be well taken care of by staff who speak both Vietnamese and English fluently. Also, the girl from the guest relations team was so kind. I truly enjoyed my trip there!

Extremely disappointing for a 5-star hotel Naia spa My family and I booked massages at the spa expecting a relaxing, professional experience worthy of a luxury hotel. Unfortunately, it turned into one of the worst spa visits we’ve ever had. The staff were unprofessional and clearly inexperienced. Instead of a peaceful atmosphere, they placed a radio right next to my sister’s ear, blasting so loudly that it startled her and everyone else in the room whenever someone spoke through it. During the shampoo and hair wash, they let water run straight into our ears without any care or attention to comfort. To make matters worse, they dropped my wife’s earring into the sink. These are basic service standards that any spa — especially one in a 5-star hotel — should easily meet, yet they failed at every step. We came here hoping to relax and left feeling stressed and disappointed. For the price we paid and the reputation of this hotel, this was completely unacceptable. We will not be returning, and I strongly recommend that anyone looking for a true luxury spa experience choose somewhere else.
