Amazing hotel! Huge and absolutely stunning room- the bathroom and the bedroom. Great location- a short walk to the corner of west lake and to restaurants and shops. Great English speaking staff who was very helpful and super friendly. The price we paid was relatively cheap maybe it’s because they renovate the back of the hotel-no noise whatsoever. Highly recommended
Very strategic location in the middle of wulin night market, excellent service. Good view from balcony. The only incovenience is the staffs couldn't speak english at all.
Location is not bad, near the Xihu 西湖, which is a 10 mins walk from the backdoor of the hotel. Wu Lin Night market, though nothing much to shout about is also just 5 mins walk away. Hotel overall is, room is generally clean but pillows are too flat for me. Ask for rooms facing the Xihu when booking. We ended up in a room facing the buildings at Wu Lin Night Market. Overall ok stay, with Starbucks and some cafes round the corner.
