The condos are comfortable with a really nice view of the marina. The building is in need of maintenance such as exterior stucco cracks and paint. Some of the gym equipment needs repair, but they have a nice gym that you can pay at right at the entrance of the condominiums. Parking is great below ground and direct access from the elevators.

The first room had an issues with the blackouts and then the sheets were dirty. They quickly apologized and gave me a new room but the bed is smaller and armchair is smaller, adding to this having less coat hangers. I think the response time was quick and efficient. They are polite and helpful but if you give a bad room you should give the same room level or better and not a room that has a bit smaller bed and armchair. There is no stationary and the pen is broken. So it feels like they made a mistake and then downgraded us. Staff are excellent though. I do not blame the housekeeping team, they are humans and I understand but the way it is handled was the worst part. Apologies and worse room is not really customer service. I hope the rest of my stay gets better.

Eric on reception is arrogant demanding credit card guarantee transaction which I don’t have to because the room was 100% paid. Did not let us in for 30 minutes while we were waiting with a baby and a pregnant woman on a late term. This is what you get for $200+/night.
