Overall Good Value for Money. My wife and I stayed 7 nights at this Hotel during the second week of March and we had amazing weather by the way! First of all, the coach service from the Airport to the Hotel is very well organised. The Hotel was pleasant, clean. The rooms are okay. Of course you can always look at the details and find points to criticise but I'm constantly reminded of the overall value of the holiday. Considering that I paid 2* money for our holiday package, I'm not expecting a 5* holiday. (We travelled in March). If we had travelled during the high season, this may have been a completely different review! I must say that any issues are quickly resolved at the Reception and they did a great job assisting me with any queries. For example, my room was booked as a Double but my room had two single beds pushed together. I questioned this at Reception and a Double bed was prepared for me the next morning. (Apparently you have to specifically request a Double BED when booking). The room was nice, with a Balcony, well laid out. I didn't particularly like the very firm mattress, pillows or bed linen. That is probably the most important aspect in a Hotel and I honestly think this needs improving to raise the standard of the Hotel. The All Inclusive buffet was tasty, varied daily with a very good selection of desserts and Ice Cream. (Ice cream is located in coolers opposite the coffee machines!) The Buffet Restaurant staff are friendly and do a great job! Again for the price we paid, I have absolutely no complaints about the Buffet or service. (Well, apart from the beef that was a bit tough at times). It was very good value. The Pool area was very nice, lots of space for guests. We had great weather and enjoyed a relaxing time by the pool daily. I didn't enjoy the Salespeople trying to sell tours or photos. They tend to ambush you as you're walking along by the pool. The aggressive sales tactics are very unpleasant. The beach is excellent for long walks. Very natural in appearance with clear blue water. Higher up on the beach towards the low lying dunes, some cleaning would be beneficial. Yes there are Camels and Horses on the beach waiting for tourists and there again guests are offered rides quite insistently! But that is less annoying on the beach than in the Hotel itself which is effectively your home for the duration of your stay. There is a huge indoor bar area which serves as the evening entertainment venue. Bingo, dancing, cocktails etc.. Overall a good holiday. Relaxing. (Apart from the Salespeople)

This hotel is a scam! There is no bar on the beach as in the offer, it is being builded. Ala carte restaurant included in all inclusive stay is a scam. A waiter isn't informing about the payment for the wine (btw. the food was worse than in normal restaurant- dry and without spices). The waiter says about the payment afterwards! They are rude, dishonest and disloyal. Hotel is very dirty and old with plastic bottles and rubbish all around. Manager- young woman told me that rubbish is a matter of the government and she didn't do anything about it. Animators are professionals. One professional thing in this hotel.
