Hotels employees is a very pleasant people (from maintance guy, over waiter's, chef's, receptionist etc.) Room was perfectly clean. I'm satisfied
Rooms were good and clean. The rest of the hotel was clean and the staff were helpful and friendly. We had a fridge and all towels in the room we stayed in. The hotel states that there is a car park. There is not a car park at the hotel. As you drive through the gate for the hotel there is a ring road but no marked bays to park in. Everyone had dumped there cars either side of this ring road and left them. The sheltered marked bays are all chained and padlocked and apparently used for staff only. Although there were two spaces that were kept locked the whole night and the next day and left empty. Some people had to find parking out on the street. We booked to have breakfast and dinner included in the price. The price was a fair price. The restaurant was a buffet where you help yourself. They had a variety of food to eat from although the other people staying in the hotel stacked up their plates full of food and ended up wasting plates full. This caused the buffets to have a lack of food causing waiting times for the food to be cooked and replaced. The dessert buffet was the same as the minute people walked into the restaurant they filled plates full of desserts and wasted a lot of it but left the buffet empty causing waiting times for others. They had the animation for the children later on in the evening to keep them entertained. Walking distance from the beach and surrounding restaurants and cafes and shops. Breakfast was nice in the morning. When leaving the hotel the next day we had until 12:00 check out. We went to reception to hand back to keys for the room and an older man behind the reception told us to wait for some sort of check out paper. He was taking too many keys and writing down numbers on papers but then messed it all up and had everyone crowded waiting in the reception. He told everyone that no one can leave the hotel gate without this check out paper. We waited for about 30minutes and everyone was getting very frustrated. Some people handed the keys back and got handed the check out paper straight away to leave while he left others standing in reception waiting. The man was rude when talking to the customers. We did not wait any longer and we ended up walking out to the car. Along the way the security kept telling us that he won’t allow us out until we got our check out paper and held us inside the car park. I am pregnant myself and just wanted to get out of the hotel as this was now about an hour later. It took the manager of security to walk back to the reception to get our check out paper the walk back and give it to the security on the gate to let us out. This was a silly way of checking people out and making people wait unnecessarily. This really put a downer on this trip to this hotel. Everything else was good apart from the parking and the fact the hotel would not let anyone leave.
Good compared to the price. Evening entertainment activities in the summer of 2025 are very weak. The food is good although the choices are few. There are places to practice sports such as handball and tennis. The swimming pool is good. Very close to the sea with a private place.
