YANH Ratchawat Hotel

This hotel exceeded my expectations! The beautiful smell around the hotel and the reception and the common areas is so lovely. Very much pleasing, relaxing and calm vibes, a new and modern design look. I loved the choice of white and light brown decor around the walls of the hotel and the floors. The room was impeccable and super clean, congratulations to the young cleaner guy he was excellent, kind and smiling all the times! The swimming pool as well has super clean water due to their respectful maintenance of it (has it should be), lovely vibes with tropical plants around it but also the design of the swimming pool is something like i’ve never seen before and yet my favourite! Has a small and very clean gym too. Love the fact about the location of the hotel, just in a pure residential area with local thai street vendors and a market nearby 1 minute walk. I’ll definitely come back here and book again.

Good value for the room. Breakfast is optional. Easy to get food from the market nearby though. Hotel is new and clean. Lobby is at the 2nd floor. Swimming pool is small but very nice. Muvmi stops at the hotel.

Extremely impolite staff. When I was checking in, the staff told me to manage and edit my booking details by myself, even though they claimed they had already done it. I also asked for towels, and the staff rudely responded, “Why do you need a towel?” — Highly not recommended. The location is also terrible, far from any BTS public transport. !! with this price rate you can get the higher standard with full services hotel in BKK. Highly not recommended
