Yatri Suites and Spa Kathmandu

Great location but an aged hotel that needs to be renovated. Lots of minor things add up that made me wish I'd stayed elsewhere because I wanted a luxurious end to my trek trip (mildew on shower curtain, windows don't close and let in lots of street noise, dank/dark hallways, stained bedding), but breakfast had good variety with fresh fruit and custom egg/omelet station.

It's an horrible stay in this hotel. Rooms have some strange foul smell . Bathroom are not clean. No ventilation in the rooms. It feels like jail to us. Only positive is it's location ,but other things are so so disappointing that we regret staying there. Choose any other stay but never this one.

I stayed at Yatri Hotel expecting a quality 4-star experience, but unfortunately, my visit was very disappointing. The staff were far from hospitable – they cut calls abruptly, showing little regard for customer service. One would expect hotel management (HM) trained staff to exhibit professionalism, but this was clearly lacking. When we went down for breakfast, we felt ignored and unwelcome. No one paid us proper attention, and it was as if we were invisible. This left us with a very negative impression. For a hotel that markets itself as a comfortable and accommodating space, they truly missed the mark. I wouldn’t recommend staying here if you’re looking for a warm and professional experience.
