Very steep and small entrance even for tour bus. No hair dryer but can request from the reception. Just provide room number and they will bring to your room. Got provide laundry with IDR50k for one full bag and the next day they will bring to your room. Got free water dispenser but the area is lack of lights and quite dim. Condition of the room is reasonable good and well maintained. Buffet style breakfast with varieties and delicious food.

I've been on a staycation for the past 2 months. This time, I was looking for a hotel a bit further from my house, which led me to your hotel. Given its 4-star rating and good reviews, I chose it. However, several aspects didn't meet my expectations. The check-in process was overly long, as there was only one serving agent, an intern who lacked experience. I waited for several minutes to be served, as the group ahead of me required assistance with multiple tasks. Additionally, the guests in the adjacent room left their TV on, causing a disturbance. I reported this issue four times before it was resolved. At one point, I had to visit the lobby to speak with the front desk agent in person, as he didn't respond to my complaint immediately after I reported it via a phone call. Although the Front Office Manager had my room upgraded for free to acknowledge my complaints, the air conditioner in the upgraded room didn't work well, failing to cool the entire space. Unfortunately, your hotel provided the most unpleasant experience among all the hotels I've stayed at during my staycation. Do take my complaints seriously and make necessary improvements.
