Yildizhan Hotel

We spent two nights in this establishment for a total price of €45 (€22/night). Unfortunately our experience was not very positive. The rooms are damp, very cold (there is no heating in the establishment), sound insulation is almost non-existent, the walls are in a pitiful state, mold... but above all a lot of bare electrical wires in especially in the bathroom!! The owner is very noisy, you will hear him shouting until late at night, in fact, he will try to sell you anything and everything. He insisted very heavily on charging us for a hot air balloon ride. We did well not to give in. The horizon is very opaque due to pollution and Pamukalle is more grey/brown than white... In this establishment you are just considered as a wallet, no other intention will be given to you than that of your money... On the other hand, breakfast is included in the price, which is a good thing, but don't expect anything exceptional. Do not trust the overly laudatory reviews of this establishment, they are clearly not posted by customers. A fair price for a room would be around €17, but definitely not more! Ask to see the rooms before paying!

Rude staff, low end breakfast with tea tasting like dish soap, bread dry and old ingredients used and apparent “nice” rooms are dirty under beds, mouldy, taps are dirty, open and loose wiring. They had ongoing construction stop strategically so we proceed with check-in, they proceeded grinding and hammering against our wall the moment our bags were inside. Do not go here.

READ THIS BEFORE BOOKING: The hotel is not a 5 star hotel as described on Booking.com. From the outside it makes an acceptable impression but inside it is the dirtiest hotel I have ever seen! The entire hotel with over 20 rooms is maintained by just 2 people, a father and his son. Everything is dirty, calcified and filthy - I have attached a video as proof. The owner did not want to give us the room we booked through Booking.com but something worse because I got a discount from Booking.com itself and he did not want to accept it. Either I pay more money or leave the hotel. We left the hotel and I reported the owner for misleading hotel stars and fraudulent activities.
