Great hotel in central Andorra. We stayed at YOMO Centric for two nights with breakfast and dinner and were very comfortable. The room was incredibly spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet had a great selection - a lot to choose from. Dinner menu changes every night (3 choices for each course) and we were pleasantly surprised both nights. It’s not the best meal you will ever had, but it is good option if you don’t want to go find something to eat every night - and, for us, it was a great value for money. Location is also good, right on the main pedestrian street with all the shops. Parking costs 22€ per night and is not owned by the hotel, but there is direct access from the hotel elevator. Overall it was a great experience.
Great hotel in Andorra centre! Parking downstairs is super convenient. The staff are truly nice, welcoming and willing to help you, both with restaurant recommendations, bookings, spa booking, everything. Even telling you where to go and what to do if we come back during winter season. The room was great, top floor with balcony, fantastic view of the city and surrounding mountains. Outside is the shopping street. My goodness, how many perfume shops can a city have, not to mention gas stations every 100 meters. Great hotel, great value, great stay!
Hotel well placed, on pedestrian street, for those seeking to be in the commercial artery, can be noisy in high season. Parking right next door but not owned by the hotel, so impossible to book online and can get full quickly in high season. Clean, comfortable rooms; hearty breakfast; friendly restaurant staff; restaurant manager attentive. However, if you book directly on the official website, check the offers carefully, as they are not always applied on arrival and it was not mentioned that some facilities were inaccessible. They do not answer questions outside office hours, Monday to Friday. The Manager on these dates showed a lack of professionalism and customer service, she is probably untrained and/or out of place. We hope she finds her way elsewhere. After YOMO ANSWER What a perverse trick to respond by suggesting that people have not stayed at this hotel.
