We went half board for 2 days in July, the hotel was fairly empty at this time of year so we got a nice room upgrade. Parking is good, WiFi worked well and the food was nice at both breakfast and dinner, the dinner options changed both nights. Only real criticism is that most services (gym, sauna, hottub) are turned off for summer, which could have been made clear when booking.

Dinner staff were really friendly and always made time for a chat. Seen them on the slopes a few times and they always took time to speak. Hotel is very clean with rooms cleaned and beds changed daily. Location is amazing as there's a chair lift straight up to the slopes that's mostly only used by people staying in the hotel so no waiting to get on. There's also a great winding slope to ski back down to the hotel. Food wasn't too bad. Was always something I could eat but maybe could be a bit more selection. definitely had our moneys worth. Would recommend this hotel to anyone going to andorra arinsal who wants good value for their money.

Stayed here in January this year. Hotel is in alright location, quite far from anything else though. More so for the people who don’t want to do apres and just stay for the ski. It’s about a 15 minute walk to Arinsal where the supermarket is, but the walk back is up hill so may not be suitable for those who don’t like walking. It is right next to the Josep Serra chairlift which gets you to the resort - The ski rental is right next to the hotel and there’s also a machine where you can collect/ buy your ski passes. You can take the chairlift back down to the hotel as the run back down is narrow and not good for beginners (me). Hotel has storage for skis and boots but we just kept it on our room because the storage room smelt like sweat. Breakfast is good and the staff are nice and attentive, dinner was ok but we found that we weren’t a fan of Andorran food in general. €8 per person for the use of the sauna and steam room was good, especially since we got it for yourself and they provide towels and soaps to wash yourself after. I would recommend this hotel to families, and they also do have a service where they can watch your kids as well perhaps while you go for a sauna which is great. Only downside is the soundproofing. My partner got woken up at 4am in the morning because the room next to us came back from apres and started having a party in their room - Not sure if this was allowed but I’m sure if reported to reception this could have been sorted. Also could hear someone snoring in one of the rooms next to us. Overall a good budget friendly accommodation.
