I recently had the pleasure of staying at York Luxury Suites Hotel in Medellin and my experience was truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the service was top-notch. Daniel, the front desk staff, greeted me with a refreshing iced coffee, which was a unique and thoughtful touch. The breakfast at the hotel was fantastic, with a variety of options to choose from. The staff was attentive and made sure that everything was to my liking. The beautiful rooftop pool was definitely a highlight of my stay, offering stunning views of the city and a relaxing atmosphere to unwind after a day of exploring. Overall, I would highly recommend York Luxury Suites Hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and welcoming stay in Medellin. The personalized service, delicious breakfast, and stunning rooftop pool make it a standout choice for accommodation in the city. The only downside was that the body wash in our room was not refilled by the cleaning staff, I’d recommend they keep an eye on those items

Andreas was the best. He helped me with everything I needed anytime I had a question he took care of it he took care of me and my family like we were family I'd recommend anybody to see him and stay at this hotel. The frontend managers and everybody were great The maids the cooking the pool the bar everything was top-notch. Andreas He's very knowledgeable with everything in Colombia and where to go in any help you need for restaurants sightseeing cab rides anything he was the best I can give him 10 stars and the hotel 10 stars it was the best time of my life. I stood there two times and the two times I stood there it was the best time I've ever had Thank you for all the help and service.

Wonderful hotel great restaurant with open air terrace and rooftop terrace with restaurant bar and swimming pool. Great comfortable bedrooms, nice linens and comfortable beds and clean and modern bathrooms. Good interior design throughout. Lovely reception space Staff always kind and helpful although not always consistently efficient. Elevators are slow
