I just feel for a Deluxe room was small and don’t know why the vault safe was off and that’s all the negatives, food is pretty good with buffet

I've tried two non-smoking rooms both of which smelled smoke heavily. Bathroom floors in both rooms were dirty. If you value hygiene and smoke-free rooms, I can't recommend this hotel.I cut my stay short in this hotel. Gym and location was good.

I booked a room in Yuan Garden Hotel over booking but accidently for the wrong dates. In the booking it said, that I was eligible to change the dates of my booking once. When I contacted the hotel via mail and booking they didn't reply. Luckily I was able to pass by about one month before the booking in person and was assured that the change of dates will be made and that I should confirm the dates over booking, what I did immediately. I never received a confirmation tho and when I asked for one they said that I have to ask for a change of dates via booking. That didn't work tho and booking always revered me back to Yuan Garden Hotel. After several messages between me and the hotel I asked for a free cancelation (my booking was non-refundable which is why I had to request one). They never replied to this request and kept the full payment. Very unhappy with the service and the informations given. It seemed like they didn't want to change the booking but not say it directly. Very annoying the whole process which took over 1.5 month in total!
