I spent my birthday here with my friend 💕, its was the best time we had there, as it was a week day, the hotel was kind of empty, but the service was really good and hospitality was excellent 👌. Great rooms, great mountain view, and golf ⛳️ play area sighted balcony view. The only problem is u can't order ur own food, as they have very limited options. The food was included in the room tariffs, which we really did not like it, but their breakfast was good, continental Western style, really worth the money. Rooms were very spacious and luxurious. The hotel was very special as it is located between chaiyi and alishan, we spent one full night and had a great experience 😀 there. Happy vacation, guys Peace ✌️ ✌️ ✌️

Overall was not bad. The hotel and room is clean and the room is considered specious. Staffs are friendly, they are professional and efficient. However, the reason why I didn’t give 5 stars was because they have poor options on dinner as well as their breakfast. The breakfast buffet has very limited choices, lots of them are not freshly made. Main dishes are Chinese style food but can tell they provided more side dishes instead of freshly made food. For the price of a room in this hotel, we expect more.

Hotel location and view is wonderful, service was friendly. The room itself was OK, our room air conditioning wasnt working properly as we couldn't get raise the temperature, unless we turned it off. Decent for the price.
