Room was great as was the food. Staff was super friendly and truly pet friendly ❤️. Thank you. Definitely recommend.
Fantastic hotel. Rooms were as expected. The hot pool tho, sooo good 👌.
Can't recommend the staff. Male staff member was rude to my wife, speaking down to her with power and control issues. We were given hope when checking in an hour early at 14:00 that our room would be available in "no later than twenty minutes". After 22 minutes she was told that, the room wasn't ready, twenty minutes had not passed and he couldn't " kick people out of rooms" ( checkout was 3 hours earlier). His manners were argumentative, offensive and belittling rather than courteous and we ended up missing our restaurant reservation.
