Zenseana Resort & Spa Patong Phuket

Amazing resort, great rooms. Very specious and well designed.the location is close to everything! We were looked after by the lovely Jig, Nutty, joy, San, Pream, and Mew. Such a beautiful, kind and attentive team. I travelled with my toddler and they were so helpful in making sure I enjoyed my food and got some little time to myself to relax by playing with my little girl. Really enjoyed our family stay in this hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful, the rooms were decent size and regularly cleaned. Breakfast was sumptuous. Location was within walking distance of busy areas. Just that the hotel spa was closed for renovations during our stay.

The food is pretty good for this type of hotel, especially "Noodle Bar", absolutely enough to keep you full. A nice bonus is the rooftop pool and bar. Room cleaning is at a good level, and they also provide free beach towels and two bottles of water daily in the room. The most pleasant aspect was the staff—they are very attentive and helpful. Overall, it's a decent hotel, but there are some nuances to consider." The hotel is fairly well located, but it takes 7–10 minutes to walk to the beach, crossing a busy street, which can be a bit inconvenient. Although it is advertised as a 5-star hotel, it feels more like a 4-star.
