This place! Words do not adequately describe our week at Zoa. The minute you walk through the door and see that view, it’s like walking into another world. First, let’s talk about Salomon. He is truly the best! He connected with us prior to arrival and once we arrived anything we needed- he was there! One day I was not feeling well, Salomon went out of his way to make me hot tea and to create meal my stomach could handle! (Thank you sir for caring) The staff become your friends, making you feel so pampered! The food was absolutely incredible, the red snapper…. 😘 chef’s kiss! Thank you to Victor, Victor Jr and Armando for taking such great care of us everyday! The morning coffee service was absolutely the best way to wake up- sipping coffee looking at the ocean. The massages Lydia gave us were total relaxation, combined with the ocean waves and breeze! This place is truly magical! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

A wonderful escape offering both immaculate views and rare solitude. Hotel Zoa Is a gem and one of the most beautiful properties I have had the pleasure to stay at. Do not expect the hurried service and crowds of larger resorts, the pace and life is relaxed, by design. A few reminders that you are on the beach include birds tapping at your window, the constant sound of the ocean, and the heat. The few poor reviews are misguided and unnecessarily harsh. Solomon, the general manager, is caring and exact. As are the lovely staff. The service could be faster, the amenities more plentiful but what for? As Solomon said, this is your home. And for a few days it truly felt like one. Even if there are very slight imperfections. Highly recommend.

The Zoa Hotel completely exceeded our expectations for our honeymoon! The food, drinks and atmosphere of both the pool and room were just top notch. We also enjoyed the evening turnover service. It helped keep things tidy in our room with all our belongings. Soloman and his helpful staff were able to accommodate any request we had quickly and efficiently via WhatsApp (please note that this is the main form of communication for most businesses in Mexico, if you are unaware and expecting traditional front desk assistance). They were all so welcoming and kind. Is there occasional bug, yes… nothing to be alarmed about. Reminder you are situated near the ocean and nature… that is to be expected. There are also friendly cats that come to your suite, and the occasional bird pecking at the roof… but you are in literal paradise and these types of things were least of our concerns. Every day we would watch whales from the pool with some great mescal cocktail. It is an absolutely beautiful property, and the perfect place to unwind for some peace and relaxing ambiance, with a tasty and big selection of food/drinks paired with great service. My only suggestion for food would to be more vegan options, so we could eat more at the hotel - but we had no problem finding those options within walking distance. Please note that there are a lot of stairs up to the hotel and on the property, so if you have mobility issues that is the only concern I would raise to people looking to book this place. The stairs helped keep us fit and relieve the guilt from over indulging :) Otherwise it’s pretty much near perfection.
