Zocalo Central & Rooftop Mexico City

This property was very convenient, very clean, and a beautiful rooftop view. The staff there were great especially the door guy Raul, he went above and beyond for us and was the kindest soul. He gave us great recommendations for food and places to check out. We ate the largest and most delicious tamales there were because of his recommendation. Our housekeeper Areli, also did an amazing job with keeping our room clean, organized, and fully stocked with everything we needed. The location around the hotel was perfect for us to walk to all the different historical sights around. 10/10 would recommend this place to all my friends traveling to Mexico City.

I’m traveling with a group and the hotel staff was amazing from the moment of our arrival. Hot towels and cold drinks were passed out. We were given a quick tutorial on what to expect and our keys were handed to us. Bags came up to the rooms without delay. I asked for an iron and was provided it very quickly. The beds are like sleeping on the clouds…dreamy! The breakfast buffet was delicious and the views are beautiful!

This is my second stay here. It is absolutely a wonderful experience staying here- the staff are helpful and welcoming, the bfast is phenomenal with a great view and great service. The room is very comfortable. The location is excellent, walkable, and highly accessible to the surrounding city sights. High energy, high vibes. 10/10.
