钻石名邸 Diamond One Hotel and Serviced Apartment

It means I have to pay if I use those items or I have to pay if I damaged those items? I am not sure what they mean by purchase.

Worst hotel in Asia and I have traveled very much of Asia for a long time. There is no pool as advertised it’s now a kids play area (main reason we booked), the non-smoking room smelled like straight cigarettes, one ac unit was out, room infested with cockroaches everywhere! We tried to change rooms and they acted like there were no rooms to change to. And after all that wasn’t bad enough, the day of checkout they tell you to wait to check room before giving back deposit, takes 2 minutes to get up to our room, lady was on a call but then acted to be in a hurry when I told her we had a bus to catch to siem reap. We stood there 10-15 minutes girl never came back down and I told the other workers and they said 10 more minutes. I said no mam, it’s not even customary to check a room in the first place before giving a deposit back but then gonna make us late knowing we have to leave for a bus so they don’t have to give our deposit back. I want my deposit now even though I really should be refunded for that whole stay! I’ve bought a bunch of raid and cleaned the place up myself and left the room in much better shape than I found it too. I’m a low maintenance guy and this was the worst experience of my life but the game with the deposit was the last straw. I will go after this hotel this is not okay.

Never book a room in this place! 1) Cockroaches in all rooms 2) All rooms have some problems, one didn't have wifi, lock was broken, another one didn't have water, the third one had bad AC 3) Staff doesn't know english, you ask for help and they're just going back and forth not knowing what to do 4) I came back to my room at 5am and my door card didn't work, there was only security staff at that moment and 1 fkn hour they didn't know how to get me inside my room so I could get some sleep
