Tremendous hotel at this range of price. Service was too good. Staff behaviour was decent. Walk-in distance from CC2 or Chinar park red light. A swimming pool is also available here on the top of the roof . Neat and clean room and maintain good hygiene in the bathroom as well as the floor area. In the room you'll get everything like a brush, iron, sleeper, hair dryer, mini fridge, shoe cleaner, locker, etc

Our recent stay at the Holiday Inn, Kolkata was truly delightful! From the moment we arrived, we experienced warm hospitality that made our visit so comfortable and enjoyable. A special thank you to Meghadri for his wonderful assistance in facilitating an early check-in. This thoughtful gesture was so appreciated and allowed us to settle in and start our Kolkata experience without delay. We also want to commend Sujata and Pooja for their cheerful welcome at the Social Kitchen. Their warm smiles and friendly demeanor made our dining experiences there even more pleasant. And a big shout-out to Manas Kundu for his excellent service at the restaurant. His attentiveness and genuine care truly enhanced our meals, making us feel well looked after. Infact all staff like Rajesh were cheerful and very attentive. The Holiday Inn, Kolkata, offers a wonderful blend of comfort, convenience, and exceptional service. The team, especially Meghadri, Sujata, Pooja, Rajesh and Manas, truly go above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning on our next visit to Kolkata!

We had a good experience staying at this hotel. The location is very convenient and the staff is very welcoming, helpful and always making sure of your convenience. We had some issues with the room, but they were readily available to address those things. Very polite and making sure they are serving the best to the guests. They were also very open and courteous to accept any feedback. Food is amazing and lots of options. I highly recommend this place.
