Charge is very high but room service is not good and Food chart rates is also too high rooms is good but not clean

I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately my experience was far from satisfactory To begin with the food served was quite disappointing neither the taste nor the quality met the expectations one would have from a reputed establishment The dishes lacked freshness and flavor and some items seemed either undercooked or overly greasy What made the experience even more frustrating was the poor service The staff appeared untrained and uninterested in attending to guests’ needs There were long delays in serving food and when we asked for assistance or clarification the responses were either dismissive or delayed Basic hospitality standards were not maintained and it felt as though guest satisfaction was not a priority at all Overall i was really hoping for a relaxing and pleasant stay but the combination of bad food and poor service made it quite disappointing I sincerely hope the management takes these concerns seriously and works on improving both their culinary offerings and the quality of service provided to guests

Worst Hotel. No cleanliness. No basic facility provided. Dirty bedsheet, blanket and costly. I don't recommend staying here
