Cambay Grand

Recently we had a trip to jaipur and booked the hotel. Hotel staff are very humble and helpful but hotel is not maintained. The photos which are shared in google and other booking apps are not recent. Photos are from when the hotel was started. Hot water was not coming, ac was not working, lots of insects were there in bathroom and bedroom. After we complaint regarding this problems they have given us suprise with upgrading the room category and decorating room with flowers and baloons.

First of all don't get confused by name, Sky imperial, combay grand and opal club are same This is only a marriage hall, whole property is ghosted ,not safe for family, property is big but you will find only hotel staff roaming around no guests. Hotal is 18km from jaipur railway station ,ola driver will ask you to pay more then estimated fare may range (500-1000) depending on timeing . Network issue in whole property, college in front of hotel had istalled mobile jammers which they can activate any time whenever exam conducts. So you will get disconnected ,it is Serious security threat. Torn pillows, smelly room,centralized A/ c not working so they had installed 3rd -4th hand A/C in room. Booked for 3night in 6k ,but checked out within 1/2hr after observing these issues . Hotel refused to refund, anyways safety was my first priority for me and my family, so left property and booked near Jalmahal.

Pathetic don't even book this hotel. This was Cambay grand earlier, booked a room just to regret. Ac and fan not working, taps leaking, foul smell all over. Please don't even think to book.
