Super Townhouse Hotel All In One Near City Centre Salt Lake

The hotel was very good but for that price it needed to be. The unexpected good thing was the food. They might seem pricey but they tasted very good at least to me and portion size was impressive too. You cannot find the hotel easily as there is no name or sign board outside. They recently painted the hotel so please see the updated images I uploaded. The toilets were clean and the bed was neat.

Unfortunately, my experience with the service was below expectations. One of the room service staff members was particularly rude and acted in an unprofessional manner, which was quite off-putting. This aspect of staff behavior definitely needs attention and improvement. On a positive note, the room was clean, and the location was quiet and conducive to rest. The food quality was acceptable, though I found the pricing to be quite high.

The hotel itself is clean and well-maintained, offering good amenities and comfortable accommodations. However, the staff's behavior was extremely disappointing. The receptionist, in particular, was consistently rude, unprofessional, and unhelpful. Every interaction was met with dismissive answers and a lack of willingness to assist. While the stay was pleasant in terms of cleanliness and facilities, the poor service significantly impacted the overall experience. Staff professionalism and basic courtesy are essential, and this hotel fell short in that regard. Would not recommend unless service standards improve. Rating: ★★☆☆☆ (2/5)
