T24 Residency Mumbai International Airport Hotel

To be honest, I was a bit unsure because of some reviews I read before booking, but everything turned out way better than expected. The room was super clean, the staff were helpful and polite, and the overall vibe was just great. It’s in a convenient location near the airport, but still feels peaceful. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and we felt genuinely taken care of. So glad we went with this place — would definitely come back!

A great hotel and experience! We flew in late last night and the staff here were so kind in accommodating our needs! The room was neatly kept, with amenities such as lotion, dental kits and shampoo and conditioner, and the AC was working great! The curtain was also very good in keeping out the light, and when we opened it in the morning we were AWAKE!! ☀️ Slept like a rock. The TOAST breakfast dining on 8th floor was also a very good experience in the morning. The only trouble we had was we needed to use laundry last night, but it is only available as a daytime service - note this in case your shampoo explodes in the airplane like ours did! Altogether, wonderful experience and kind staff, I recommend!

It's seriously the worst 4 star property i staryed in The person on the room service call was very disrespectful And they literally charge you for dinner plates and cutlery! And as i was unhappy with it i was saying it to the room service guy and he just ignored my concern and went on continuing! And at 3 in the morning the AC stoped working! Breaking our sleep I had an really important meeting which i had to cancel as i needed good sleep
